Product Features

The CJ103 centrifugal pump is a single-stage pump manufactured by Flint & Walling. It is a non-self-priming pump that can be used for booster service, water circulation, liquid transfer, cooling systems, jockey pump service and general service in farm, commercial and industrial applications. It has a suction lift down to 25 feet. The pump has a flow rate of 56GPM and is powered by a 1/3, 1/2, 1, 1-1/2 & 2HP motors. The impeller type is closed brass or thermoplastic. The discharge can be rotated for horizontal or vertical positioning. The pump comes with a 1 year limited warranty

• The CJ103203T pump assembly has a Baldor motor. The motor is available in NEMA J construction and is 3PH 2HP dual voltage (208-230 or 460 volt) - Totally Enclosed, Fan Cooled Motor.
• This CJ103 pump model has one impeller that is made of Brass material and is closed  type.
• This pump model can deliver 39GPM @ 40PSI of water at a maximum pressure of 44PSI.
• The CJ103 pump can be used as a booster pump, with incoming pressure, but pump cannot exceed 100PSI.
• The CJ103 pumps have a cast iron suction body and discharge port.
• The CJ103 pumps have a cast iron mounting ring that houses a replaceable silicon carbide shaft seal with a stainless-steel spring and a Buna-N elastomer. (if the pump is leaking around the motor shaft, this is usually the problem)
• The CJ103 pump assembly has a rigid steel base assembly and a one-year limited warranty.
• Motor Enclosure: TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) Externally Fan Cooled
• The CJ103 has Suction/Discharge Pipe Sizes - Female NPT: 1-1/2" X 1-1/4"
